Another mommy and me refashion! Found this colorful piece at a local thrift store. I loved the bright colors, and immediately pictured a matching set for my little girl and me. This refashion was easier than the previous one because I didn't have to take it in. I just cut and hemmed it to make myself a top. I then made a little skirt for my toddler.
